Customer service hours by email and phone are available Tuesday (8:00-4:00) and Wednesday thru Friday (9:00-5:00) We often monitor voice messages on Monday.

we strongly recommend ordering a STAT (rush order) which takes 2-4 business days for results.

We are reducing stat fees till the end of the year to $25. Note: The automated system will show $35 for stat.

This will be adjusted to $25 at the time of your scan when you pay on the day of your appointment.
